Milton Friedman and Phil Donahue

This one is making the rounds, and worth watching.

It’s widely known that Phil did his show free of charge for many years. When he was finally forced to accept compensation, he handed what was left after taxes over to the gov’ment to do with as they saw fit. A real humanitarian.

  1. One late morning, when I was lying in bed horribly hungover, my father came in the room, poured a bit of beer on me and said, “Virtue is its own reward.”

  2. Phil Donahue was curious back then and is not a douche.

In short, he took on Bill O’Reilly and made Bill look like a kid. Just that behavior in my opinion makes him a good guy.

  3. Douche or not, Phil Donahue is waaaaaaaaaaaay left. I don’t think he was “just curious”, even back then.

As far as making Bill look like a kid goes, well, I should hope so!

  4. Milton Friedman took that lefty idiot to the woodshed and beat him to a pulp with his own stupidity

  5. This is what happens when brilliance is interviewed by a lamp post. I get that feeling that Phil is just too interested in the sound of his own voice to listen and learn from one of the great men of our time.
